From the first visit to the finished surface, every job follows the same six steps.

We gather the details of your project first: the area, the surface you have now and what you want from the finished floor. Not sure which finish or product you need? We work out what the floor is for, then give you your options.

Indicative estimate
From that information, we give you an indicative estimate, so you know the likely cost before we visit.

Site survey
We visit to survey the space and check the condition of the existing surface and substrate. This is what confirms the work needed.

Samples and written quote
For our standard range, we bring real colour charts and aggregate samples so you can choose the finish. For bespoke options, we create the samples once the project is accepted. You get a full written quote after the survey and before any work starts.

Preparation and installation
We prepare the substrate properly, because that decides whether a floor lasts two years or twenty. Installation is quick and clean, with minimal disruption and clear timelines agreed before work starts.

Aftercare and warranty
We tell you how long to leave it before use and give you our cleaning guide. Every project comes with a 24-month workmanship guarantee.
Please note: a resin floor is only as good as the surface underneath it. We can lay over existing tiles, but there are a number of factors to consider, and if you choose to go ahead we will make you aware that it is at your own risk. The condition of your existing surface affects the price, so the estimate we give before the survey is a guide, and your written quote follows the survey.
